Our office hours are from Mon - Fri, 10am - 5pm. We are closed on Public Holidays.

As we are a production/manufacturing studio, we do not accept walk-ins.

At the moment we do not have any stockists. Our products are only available exclusively on our website, Shopee and Lazada official store.

Currently we do not have free samples but we have our Discovery set where you can purchase our Face collection at mini travel sizes to try out before committing to the full size bottles.

We accept used packagings as we can reuse them to pack our orders. As long as they are in relatively good condition, you can send them back to us at: Balm Botanique, ARK@GAMBAS, 7 Gambas crescent, #09-35, Singapore 75708.
